- Send: C15 outward clearance - Customs, at departure. When: When you clear out. C15 is what gets duty-free fuel. Clear on a weekday if you can.
- Form C31 Attendance after hours. Blank checked 2026-10-01. Official source.
- Send: After-hours attendance application - Customs at the port. When: Only if you need an officer outside normal hours
- Border currency report. Blank checked 2026-10-01. Official source.
- Send: Border currency report - A Customs officer at the air or sea port, in person. When: On arrival or departure, if you carry more than TOP$10,000 or the foreign equivalent
- Form C21 Extension of temporary importation. Blank checked 2026-10-03. Official source.
- Send: C21 - Customs, before the first 4 months run out. When: Only if you need to stay longer. The extension cannot take the total past 12 months.
