Before you use the forms

We are Steve and Meghan, on Some Tuesday. These guides and the forms tool are the notes and paperwork helpers we made for our own boat. We are sharing them so you can use them for yours. That is the whole offer.
This is best efforts, for your own use. We read the official sites, we write down what happened to us, and the tool fills in forms from what you type. We try to keep it current. It is still our best effort, not a promise that it is complete or right on the day you arrive.
We are not the authorities, and we are not your agents. We are not lawyers. We are not customs agents, yacht agents, or customs brokers. We are not immigration, biosecurity, health, the port, or any other official. We never file, sign, or send anything for you. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is an instruction from a government.
There is no warranty. Rules change. Officials change. A form, a fee, a port, or a pet rule can be different by the time you get there. Two boats in the same harbor the same week can be treated differently. You are responsible for checking the current requirements with the officials, and on the official sites, before you rely on any of this. You check it, you sign it, and you send it.
You carry the risk. You use these notes and forms at your own risk. Some Tuesday, LLC takes no liability for errors, omissions, or for what happens if you use them. That includes fines, fees, delays, a refused entry, a problem with your boat or your pets, or any other outcome.
If you agree, you can use the forms tool. If you do not agree, the guides stay open to read. The tool stays closed.
