Fiji yacht clearance forms in the tool
- Form C2-C Advance Notification for Yachts. Blank checked 2026-10-01. Official source.
- Send: Completed Form C2-C - yachtsreport@frcs.org.fj. When: At least 48 hours before arrival
- Send: A copy of the same Form C2-C - yachtinfo@baf.com.fj. When: With the FRCS email
- Passenger arrival card. Blank checked 2026-10-01.
- Send: One card per person - Hand it to the officers at clearance. When: On arrival
- Statement by Master/Owner on Arrival. Blank checked 2026-10-01. Official source.
- Send: The signed statement - Hand it to Immigration at clearance. When: On arrival
- BAF Live Animal Bonding Form (ANI BF1). Blank checked 2026-10-01.
- Send: ANI BF1 with the pet application, plus C2-C ยง21 - animalimports@baf.com.fj. When: At least 5 working days before you leave the last port
- BAF application to import pet dogs and cats. Blank checked 2026-10-01.
- Send: Air-import application - Do not email it unless BAF has asked you to. When: Only if BAF requests it
